No, sex coaching looks at your present and your future. If you haven’t yet resolved some emotional trauma from your past, we can discuss working with a sex therapist before or during coaching.
-
It can. Sex coaching can get the wheels spinning, but you’re the one who has steer the car. We will discuss ways that you can create change and that change will be dependent on you. The coaching relationship is collaborative. Sometimes our work will be light and easy, other times it could be difficult or uncomfortable, but if you commit to the process and work with me, I will walk with you every step of the way

Think of it like this, sex therapy is used to help heal the past. Sex coaching looks the past to understand your present and future. Coaching can be therapeutic but it is not therapy. Some of my clients may need to heal some past stuff and that is okay. We can work in tandem with a sex therapist or refer you out to focus on the past before we look at your erotic future. Keep in mind that coaching is more active, you will have work to do outside of the office.

It is always different. Sometimes just the talking is enough, but more often than not you will have home assignments. They might be in the form of masturbation, journaling, mediation, changing diet/movement, specific sexual exercised for you. Sometimes they will make sense, other times you’re not sure why you’re doing them, but rest assured all assignments have a reason they are being given to you, and yes your success does depend on doing them. Coaching isn’t passive, it is just that, coaching to create a change. I might ask you to things that take you out of your comfort zone (and I’m here to support you through that), but I will NEVER ask you to do anything unsafe.

Basically, we have an endocannabinoid system (ECS). This system helps our bodies to regulate. An easy example is to think of your body, if you’re feeling anxious your ECS will naturally send endocannabinoids to your receptors to help you become less anxious. Cannabis coaching aims to understand your ECS and introduce phytocannabinois (cannabis) to help you receive a desired effect.
-
You might be surprised, but no. Of course, if we are introducing THC into your body then yes, you can expect to feel the psychoactive effects. However, many of my clients use the other cannabinoids found in cannabis, CBD, CBG, etc. We go away from the idea of “strains” and look at chemovars. Some chemovars will have THC, some will have CBD. We choose chemovars based on your specific needs and goals.
-
Probably not in the way you might be thinking. I do offer a free cannabis gift to my clients who purchase cannabis packages. This gift is unique to the clients own body and goals. I also work with you and your preferred dispensary to find products that will fit your needs. I will advise dosing, and help you to track your results.

Of course! Sex coaching can be done from anywhere in the world. However, cannabis coaching is only available for clients living in a state where cannabis is legal. I personally believe this plant is beneficial, but I still uphold the law. If you are NOT living in a state where cannabis is legal then I will not be able to do cannabis coaching with you. Luckily your package has many other tools to help you get to where you want to be.

Nope, and that is the really great part. Some clients might not feel comfortable coming to my office and that’s okay, we can use zoom. I can see clients outside of Colorado via zoom as well. I’ve gone with clients to find sex toys, underwear, and I’ve even been their emotional support at sex clubs. Maybe you feel more comfortable getting coaching in your home. If you are in a location that is reasonably close to me, then I will happily come to you. Personally, I love this aspect of my job. It allows us to really coach in the wild.

There are so many concerns that can be addressed with sex coaching. Here are the most popular topics, but remember; we are not limited, if it’s on your mind we can talk about it and if we are match then we can work together.
Low desire, high desire, kink, fetish, early ejaculation, erectile concerns, body image issues, desire for advanced pleasure, sexual inhibitions, difficulty having an orgasm, fantasy and reality, STI navigation, sexuality concerns, gender expression and concerns.
-
I am NOT bound to any walk of life. My primary skillset is in male sexual concerns (any orientation), fantasy and kink, but all people and concerns are welcome to work with me. My clients can be male, female, trans, non-binary and any sexuality.
-
Great question, and in theory you can, however, it would not be with me. During sex coaching I’m holding space for you and you will be disclosing many personal things. I sometimes do recommend for my coaching clients to get a massage. Masters and Johnson used a similar model. In order to ethically hold up my work I do NOT offer sex coaching and massage therapy to a client at the same time. I do have a network of providers, both massage therapists and coaches and I can refer you out.

Payment is processed after your appointment. You will receive an invoice via email that can be paid by any major credit card. You also have the option to pay cash. At this time, I do not take insurance.

Moving your session within 24 hours can be tricky and I will do my best to accommodate you, but sessions canceled the day of will have to be charged. If you cancel with more than 24 hours’ notice, there is no charge. We can get creative though, can’t make it to see me? Let’s zoom!
-
I will do my best to honor your time, but once your appointment is scheduled it is locked in. If I have clients after, then I can't give you back your time.

Yes, you can! I created a special 30 minute cannabis consulting session for established coaching clients living in CO. We can check in about your sexual health, check in about how cannabis is helping you, and you even get a free 1 ounce oil when you leave.
