If you're here, you're probably curious about cannabis meditation and how it can help you reconnect with your body, slow down, and become more present.

Before You Start
You must be 21 years of age or older.
You must reside in an area where cannabis use is legal.
By participating in this meditation, you release Cannabased Coaching & Wellness from any and all liability related to your use of cannabis or participation in this experience.
This meditation is best experienced with earbuds or headphones.
Do not start the video until you are ready to fully participate.
Choose a quiet space where you are unlikely to be interrupted.
Have everything you need nearby before you begin:
Cannabis
Water
Blanket
Pillow
Anything else that helps you feel comfortable and relaxed
You will begin the meditation sitting upright and later transition into a lying position. Because of this, I recommend completing the meditation on a bed, couch, or other comfortable surface.
Cannabis Recommendations
If you choose to inhale cannabis, there will be two opportunities during the meditation to consume.
If you prefer edibles, tinctures, or oils, I recommend beginning the meditation just as you start to notice the effects. For many people, this occurs approximately one hour after consumption, though individual experiences vary.
As always, start low and go slow.
For most people, I recommend no more than 5 mg for their first cannabis meditation experience. If you are an experienced cannabis user, you may choose an amount that aligns with your own comfort level and experience.
