Why Flower Meditation?
Many of my clients come to me feeling disconnected from their body, like their mind can’t fully slow down enough to experience pleasure, relaxation, or presence.
Maybe stress follows you throughout the day?
Maybe your thoughts never seem to quiet down?
Maybe you’ve forgotten what it feels like to simply be present with yourself?
Flower meditation is disconnection, it’s about reconnecting you with yourself and gently letting go of the things that no longer serve you.
For thousands of years, cultures around the world have incorporated cannabis into spiritual, ceremonial, and contemplative practices. While every tradition is unique, many have viewed this plant as a tool for increasing awareness and deepening one's connection to self.
My approach combines intentional cannabis use with breathwork, meditation, and somatic awareness practices that help direct your attention back into your body.
Many of us spend our days living from the neck up—thinking, planning, worrying, and analyzing. Flower meditation invites you to slow down and reconnect with the sensations, emotions, and wisdom that already exist within you.
This somatic experience can help unlock potential by creating space for greater awareness, curiosity, and presence.
When used intentionally, cannabis can help quiet the mind, increase body awareness, and create deeper space for relaxation, sensuality, mindfulness, and emotional presence. Within a meditative state, some people are even able to process experiences and the move past the blocks in their path.
This somatic work combines intentional cannabis use with grounding practices, breathwork, mindfulness, and guided meditation to help you slow down, reconnect to your body, and experience yourself with greater awareness and compassion.
Many clients have found that flower meditation helps them better understand their sexual response cycle and develop a deeper connection with their bodies. For some, this increased awareness helps them recognize the early stages of arousal and ejaculation. For others, it helps them explore factors that may contribute to delayed ejaculation or difficulty accessing pleasure and sensation.
The benefits of flower meditation extend far beyond sexuality. Clients often report feeling more present, grounded, relaxed, emotionally aware, and connected to themselves.
As with any mindfulness practice, we always start low and go slow.
Free Cannabis Meditation Experience
All coaching clients receive access to my growing library of guided flower meditations. In the near future, portions of this library will also be available to the public.
Until then, I invite you to explore a free guided experience through the YouTube meditation below.
If you choose to participate, I recommend starting the meditation sober and following the guidance throughout the session. The meditation includes designated moments where you may be invited to inhale if that is your preferred method of consumption.
If you prefer edibles, tinctures, or oils, plan to consume them approximately one hour before beginning the meditation. If you're already familiar with how cannabis affects your body, you may choose to start the meditation when you feel the effects beginning to emerge.
There is no perfect way to experience flower meditation. The goal is not to consume as much cannabis as possible. The goal is to cultivate awareness, presence, and connection with yourself. Be sure to have everything you need ready, flower, water, blanket, pillow, etc. An eye pillow is recommended, but please use earbuds to get the best possible experience.
